Notice of Infringement

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must send a written communication that includes the following:

  3. Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address, so that we can contact you.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement and Signature: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. The statement must be signed (electronically or physically) by the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material removed: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. Statement of Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material that was removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of copyright infringement. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within ten business days of receiving the counter-notification, we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

Repeat Infringers

F2P.org will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of users that are determined by F2P.org to be “repeat infringers.” A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from the Website more than twice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page. You are advised to review this DMCA Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this DMCA Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
